TPO
TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) is a single-ply white membrane used in both commercial and residential roofing. Due to TPO being a white membrane, it reflects heat instead of absorbing it. These systems come with a warranty of 15, 20 and 30 years.
EPDM
EPDM is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer)
As more emphasis is placed on the sustainable performance of building materials, EPDM continues to be the roofing material that stands the test of time. It provides the building owner with a 15, 20 and 30 year warranty.
PVC
PVC roofing systems are made from two layers of PVC roof material with polyester sandwiched between the layers to act as a reinforcement. For added flexibility and strength against ultraviolet rays, the layers in a PVC roof come with additives.
Moreover, PVC roofs are more reflective and resistant to dirt and dust due to the added layer of acrylic coating to the membrane. Highly used over restaurants, schools, chemical plants to name a few.
Pavers
Porcelain pavers offer an exceptionally rich catalog of styles and colors, significantly broadening the horizons of outdoor design.
The 24"×24" pavers remain our most commonly requested size of paver.

Then the patio pavers are installed to achieve the look the building owner was looking for, and being watertight below it. It is a smart system, allowing all to be on the roof without damaging the actual roofing system
